Dennis O’Brien
FOUNDER
Dennis is passionate about enabling ambitious businesses to transform industries and realise their potential. He now operates as a consultant, strategic advisor and NED across a number of exciting organisations.
As Chief Executive of Lucid, Dennis helped to create an industry leader in the healthcare strategy and communications industry. Under his leadership, Lucid grew from 2 to over 600 people across Europe and US. Lucid was fortunate to work alongside many of the world's best clients, trusted to work on their most precious brands and assets and winning more awards than most in the sector. This included 2 Private Equity transactions and a leadership role in identifying, attracting, buying and integrating a number of business.
With a passion for client first and people centricity and with a number of mistakes (and scars!) from scaling a business, Dennis is well placed to support Private Equity and founders to realise their potential.
As the Founding Partner at Lucid, Dennis believes in being honest, building trust and giving people the support that he wished he’d had when starting and growing a business.
